when i'm not playing at the park or hosting tea parties with my little ones, i apply my creative energy as a web and graphic designer for my independant design studio, daffodil design, which has been kickin' for 8 years. art & design has been a lifelong passion of mine - and i am grateful i am able to do what i love in the comforts of my home office, with my little ones bouncing about. blogging is a joy in my life. and my daffodil design blog is an outlet for my design, inspirations, arts, and crafts.
my little hobby biz, colourful kisses blossomed in 2007 shortly after my first little girl was born. she had a head full hair and i loved accessorizing. i began to design and create felt flower clips, soon to be sought by friends and family... then strangers whilst we were out and about. colourful kisses has been on hiatus for a couple of years, and now it's back, re-rooted in Calgary, Alberta and i'm thrilled.
